A journey across continents \u2013 and finding my calling<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

My name is Adrienne Wright Bulow and I was born in Toronto, Canada. I have lived in Germany since 1991. In addition to my native English, I speak fluent German and Dutch \u2013 this linguistic versatility constantly opens new doors for me in my daily practice. Contact with people of diverse backgrounds and life stories has sharpened my compassion and profoundly shaped my approach as a practitioner. <\/p>

Naturopath since 1997 \u2013 with an open heart and keen eye<\/strong><\/p>

I have been working as a naturopath for over 25 years. During this time, I\u2019ve continually deepened my therapeutic knowledge \u2014 through continuing education, ongoing professional development and, most meaningfully, by learning from my clients. <\/p>

Originally, my focus was on nutritional therapy and weight loss. However, life has taught me that healing never begins solely in the body \u2013 but in the connection of body, mind and soul. Thus, my work increasingly developed into a holistic approach that also incorporates inner processes, emotional challenges and personal experiences. <\/p>

A personal experience that changed everything<\/strong><\/p>

When my mother was diagnosed with cancer, it was a profound turning point in my life. The time we spent together during her illness intensely confronted me with the themes of finitude, dignity and learning to let go \u2013 it deepened my understanding of human vulnerability. <\/p>

This experience not only shaped me as a daughter but also transformed me as a naturopath. At the end of 2021, after my mother’s death, I consciously re-aligned my professional focus: Since then, my main focus has been on supporting people and their loved ones living with a cancer diagnosis. <\/p>

I firmly believe that a cancer diagnosis does not have to be a death sentence. It can also mark a turning point \u2014 an invitation to discover who we truly are and a path toward greater clarity, inner strength and meaning. My work is here to support that journey: with empathy, mindfulness and a solution-oriented approach. Even in the face of a terminal diagnosis, there is still room to grow, reflect, evolve and be an inspiration to those we hold dear. <\/p>

Support Until the End \u2013 with Presence and Mindfulness<\/strong><\/p>

Alongside my practice, I have spent several years volunteering as a Death Doula \u2014 both in outpatient settings and in a hospice here in Hamburg. This work is deeply meaningful to me. It reminds me every day how precious life is \u2014 and how much quiet strength lies in compassionate, present support. <\/p>

It matters to me to meet people not only in their struggles, but in the fullness of who they are. Sometimes this means holding space in quiet presence, listening between the words or sharing a small, tender moment that gently lights the rhythm of everyday life. <\/p>

My Approach \u2013 Personal, Respectful, Holistic<\/strong><\/p>

I work with authenticity, open and clear communication and with mutual respect. My goal is to create a safe space where people feel seen, understood and accepted \u2013 whatever their history, background, or life circumstances. <\/p>
