These impulses are always applied with mindfulness and in coordinated sequences.  <\/p>\n\n<p>What&#8217;s special: Between the movements, conscious pauses are created, giving the body time to self-regulate to the impulses. During these resting phases, the nervous system begins to shift into a state of deep relaxation and regeneration. Many patients report a noticeable release \u2013 both physically and emotionally \u2013 after just one treatment.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Bowen Therapy is neither a massage nor comparable to manipulative methods like chiropractic adjustments or osteopathy. Instead, it works in a gentle yet profound way: through the fascial network, the autonomic nervous system, and in resonance with meridians and acupuncture points. <\/p>\n\n<p>It is particularly suitable for functional ailments, chronic pain, tension, stress-related symptoms, or as a supportive measure in states of exhaustion.
